You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Services; attempt to gain unauthorised access; reverse engineer or copy the platform; upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content; use the Services to violate any law; or use them to build a competing product.
4. Your data and ownership
As between you and us, you retain all rights to the data and content you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a license to host, process and use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and any consents needed for the data you submit.
5. Our intellectual property
The Services, platform, templates, frameworks content, designs and trademarks are owned by AramGRC or its licensors. Resources and templates we provide are licensed to you for your internal governance use; you may not resell or redistribute them as a standalone product.
6. No professional advice
The Services, including assessments, gap assessments, templates, trackers and educational content, are provided for informational and operational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, audit or certification advice, and do not guarantee compliance with, or certification under, any law or standard (including ISO/IEC 42001). You should obtain independent professional advice for your specific circumstances.
7. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, which are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Fees
Where a paid plan applies, fees, billing, renewal and refund terms are set out in your order form or subscription plan. Free tiers and publicly available resources are provided at no charge.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000 where no fees have been paid.
12. Indemnification
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Data or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Term and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable arbitration provision.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified where appropriate.
